    So far my living experience has been very satisfactory. The location is amazing for the price, and the staff really works hard to attend to any challenges one may have in their time here. Very quick to respond, very professional, and flexible with availability. I live in a one bedroom here, and definitely can enjoy my solitude when wanting it. The unit has everything I need, and I think overall it's been a good experience.

    Ive lived at this complex for the last 3 years. Management is absolutely horrible, anytime you have an issue, theyll secretly bill you for any work they do on your apartment. Completely defeats the purpose of living in an apartment if youre still paying for additional fees that should be waived. Even if the issue is not brought on because of your apartment, if they feel it is, they dont care and will charge you. We bathe our dogs multiple times a week and are on flea medication and the complex continues to be infested with fleas which end up costing us more money for medication and the problem never stops . The leasing management told me they cant handle or force people to put their animals on medication to prevent fleas but they can charge us 350$ if they see one of our animals mess was not cleaned up. The whole complex is clearly a money making scheme and you cant trust living here .

    Roaches, mold, and charged for everything they could think of when I moved out. My final statement was as much as rent even after cleaning.
