Beware of all the added charges. No matter how you leave this apartment you will be charged for some bogus fee. If you have a dog you RULE! Just don't step in it. They need to clean up the hall ways to your front door. They are full of dog hair and they are dirty. They will charge you extra for everything.

Charge you for carpet replacement after you move out even though the carpet was in the same condition as it was when you moved in.

Rise Apartments is a great place to live. The apartments are nice, new, modern, and comfortable. It's located in a quiet part of Austin, surrounded by trees. The gym and pool area are always nicely maintained.

Have only been living here for a few weeks and already couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful, maintenance is responsive, neighbors are friendly, and the community is beautiful. Honestly don't think I could have found a better overall complex for the value. The events that the staff host are great successes and opportunities to meet your fellow neighbors.
