Our family loves living at Bell Hill. We have a beautiful woodland view to enjoy from our deck. We love the pool and the friendly neighborhood. The Bell Hill staff is courteous and they always make us feel welcome when visiting the clubhouse. We really enjoy the Bell Hill sponsored functions, especially their float party. We feel very connected here and is a great place to raise our family.

Bell Hill Country first impression was good. After living here and subsequent to multiple expressions of grievances re: constant property grounds trash not being managed, neighbors incessant violations of valet trash rules, neighbors lack of compliance of rules re: their dog poop, attitudes in the office re: lack of knowledge re: tenant leasing info ( not property mgr.) and not clarifying for tenants that a "software system" is responsible and will automatically increase their monthly dues, and that there is NO option to sign a year lease to "lock-in" a reasonable rent rate, b/c a lesser month lease will only benefit management properties revenues and its all about the property benefitting monetarily v.s. securing reasonable long-term living at a reasonable rate for the tenant; b/c it's the LOL? software systems fault, the ineptness re: rude communication / interpersonal skills of personnel in office; and, especially after, I spoke up re: my feedback, constant justification/excuses as to why this property has not been professionally maintained re: trash dumpster and disarray on porch and yard area in back of property; if you drive in and out the back entrance re: maintenance men; yard, work room area, property flags not being hung/displayed and if you drive in and out the front entrance mail box gazebo occasionally trashed, and, dumpster trash area rarely if ever contained and, the gates inability to function normally and for days/weeks, when there is a TEXAS storm, this properties appeal has diminished greatly and lowered quality of life here at Bell Hill Country, only excuses, little accountability followed by: "a thanks for feedback."
Office team is excellent. I think Shane came into a difficult and poorly managed property. He and his team have been working very hard to correct issues. They obviously will need support from their corporate headquarters in order to get back to Quality grounds and hold tenants accountable for caring for the property.
