They decided to do a painting job that took longer than planned, which happens. They only communicated with the community twice over a four month period. No notice was given of when maintenance would be accessing patios, nor were we advised to remove belongings. Property was damaged while they allowed access to my patio contrary to the terms of the lease (no notice, non emergency situation). The best they could offer for breaking and entering was "it's the contractors fault."
nice management. staff.....emmergency service excellent...nice community.
Live on the top floor (if you have the choice). If not, pray for decent neighbors. Three different sets of people have lived above me and the latest make my walls, floor and furniture shake. Pictures have fallen off the walls from the stomping, crashing, and wrestling of the kids. Spoke with residents and they're clueless - see no issue with behavior. Spoke with office on 3 occasions and even provided documentation, but "we can send an email" is the response. Really? When they're roller blading on wood floors and it's not even 8:00am on a Sunday, that's the response? Even called the police once because the kids were screaming and the doors were being slammed so hard I thought they were trouble. Breaking a lease is not a solution. Apparently if you live above others you get to break all the noise policies though, so as I said, make sure you live on the 3rd floor and be the king/queen over everyone else. Management won't touch you.
Great quiet neighborhood, close to Mopac and all amenities you will need. Great finishes in apartment and friendly service.
I was in such a rush to find a place to live in Austin and I luckily drive by this place and I decided to check it out. The lady I spoke to said I'd loved it here and even though I've only been living here for a month I can honestly say that I am very pleased living here!
