The interiors need updates. There is one office staff member that is difficult, and unpleasant, and unhelpful. The rent keeps rising, and the improvements aren't keeping up with the cost to live here.

The one thing that would improve the community is to completely have all apartments ready for move in when tenants are ready to move in. My apartment was not ready on the scheduled move in date, everything from dirty toilets to carpet not being replaced as I was promised. I still live with stains on the carpet to this day, which is two and a half years later.
