BEWARE WHEN APPLYING TO THIS PLACE!! FRAUD!! If I could give negative stars I would. Back in March of this year I had applied to an apartment here at Austin City Lights apartments, I was charged $65 for an application fee and separately a $210 admin fee that I was told if my application did not go through, I would be refunded. I asked twice and was told yes it would be refunded. My application was denied after a complete run around and I was told I would be refunded, and I never received my refund. I have tried multiple times to email and contact them to have this resolved and no one responds and just this morning we were hung up on by David the manager there who spoke to me like a toddler. I have supporting documentation to show I was told I would receive the refund and that no one has responded to me and when I was given an email, they blocked me from sending any documents to show my proof. I am taking action against them and if anyone else has this experience feel free to contact me.

I wish I could approach anyone I see in the office considering leasing a room at Austin City Lights to warn them about the headache they will experience at this complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Such terrible management. Such terrible upgraded units. Do not let them fool you....

I have been here for 4 years and I love this place. It's safe. It's easy to pay rent online and there are always events going on. The office people are great too! Repairs when needed are done ASAP!

When the company was being taken over the new staff was very rude and our paperwork was wrong. They made it seem like it was our fault when they had poor organization. Not welcoming staff.
