This is my first apartment and I love it. It has been a (mostly) dope experience. It�� s in a hot spot, close to my job, close to my campus..and I feel safe. Pretty fast maintenance responses as well.

get rid of the allocating water/wastewater costs. the meters are on top of each water heater, use them!
