Amazing amenities, incredible walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater etc. and a 12 dollar UBER to downtown. that factored in with a well-kept community make Agave a great place to be.

I still like my actual apartment, but the quality of service in this community has definitely declined since I moved here. You're probably not going to want to post that.

Platinum Southside is now Agave, apparently. Had to find that out when pulling into the apartments. Office staff seem to be annoyed and bothered to do their job when you walk in and have an inquiry or request. Noise is constant and after hours security doesn't do anything about it. Good luck parking! Because your neighbors 6+ guests are taking up all the close parking and you have to park 3 buildings away even though you live there. Don't worry about your neighbors friends cars though, they won't get towed. Because they never do. Don't be handicapped either like my husband! Because people without handicapped plates or plaque can also park in those designated areas and won't be towed.
