AMLI Downtown has the right location, floor plan size, parking, and community for downtown living at a reasonable rate. The management team is responsive and the maintenance staff diligent.
I love living at AMLI Downtown! This is the second AMLI property I have lived at and I cannot say enough how much I LOVE AMLI! AMLI Downtown has a great location. Really close to restaurants, night life, and the hike and bike trail. I love the pool and meeting new people out there on the weekends. I would definitely recommend living here to my family and friends!
It's a great location and in high demand. Management knows this and uses it to raise rates on you as soon as your lease expires.

Good apartment in a great location. Priced slightly high for the quality of finish out and lack of amenities however. DON'T live on the North side of the building unless you're ok with very loud club music EVERY NIGHT of every week coming through your walls.
