Well I live here and so I do understand about the taking there time coming to fix something.
And I hope when I do finally leave from here that they don't charge me unnecessary fees.
I like the one bedroom floor plan but I don't like the prices on going up every time I sign the lease and this is my second term signing the lease......went from 999 to 1102 within 11/2 years that very sad. .

The maintenance service is bad. It takes weeks to get a simple fix done. I ended up doing my own maintenance. That is not the worst, there are so many fees tacked on the rent such as the useless garbage fee . Also,they try to rip you off as much as possible when you leave. I suggest that you do not sign a contract with them.

Great floorpans and great pricing. We moved from a home to a townhome type of floor plan and feel great. Staff very patient with the whole transition for my family. Downfall -parking is not great. Cars that are out of date or not moved in weeks ,cars with flat tires parked in parking spaces.foe weeks now unmoved or untouched I have to park about 100 yards away sometimes at 1030pm at night and walk. to my apt. Its scary and unnecessary.

This place is AWFUL. It was previously known as the monterone of canyon creek. the new management is just as incompetent and shady as the last people. They try to charge you for any and every little problem. we we were told if we did not take baby toys off our balcony they would come in our home & remove them themselves & we would be charged. They tried to move us into a apartment that had dog urine in the carpet & mold on all the air vents. They also will automatically renew your lease without even notifying you. (shady) They continuously lost our paperwork and try to make us re-pay fees that they lost . When it came time to give us our keys for our new house they gave us the run around d for two weeks straight even though we still had to pay rent for both. The front office staff is awful. they never know what they are talking about or what theyre supposed to be doing. Its like they were hired simply because theyre pretty. It takes months to get would advise no one to move here or deal with this shady apartment complex.
