My experience with 3500 Westlake could not be better. The management is incredibly friendly and helpful, the facilities are well-maintained and the buildings are well-maintained and attractive. I have had zero issues during my time here wt 3500 Westlake, and I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather live.
I have lived here 5 years, the first time I have not had my own home, I enjoy the residents, the maintenance staff is great. It is quiet, I enjoy the gym.
Please stop raising rent and offer longer rental periods. Also, get more parking spaces open the emergency areas around the complex could be converted to parking spots and visitor parking spots need to have standing signage to make it obvious for someone looking for the space versus a painted spot which fades avoid going through all the office if someone visits at an off time it makes it very difficult to enjoy a visit from friends/family.
