Tides at North Arlington

I only just started living here but so far not happy. First, the leasing office is very hard to get ahold of whether myself or my insurance company. 2nd they told me last minute I needed an additional $1200 dollars they didn't tell me about that was required for move in. So far I have submitted 3 maintenance request 0 of which have been followed up on. They also say they'll paint your designated parking spot but again nothing has happened. Of the pictures here I can only see 4 being of the possible apartment. The rest are of the leasing office. I asked numerous times for images of the unit prior to moving in because I had to move sight unseen - nothing again, but I understand why. They painted all the cabinets black to try and hide their quality but it's still very evident. The shower is missing a lot and there's a random pipe in the ceiling above the shower. The washer connection is leaking into the apartment. The walls are paper thin so you will hear everything around you. Also, please note these are not all laminate flooring but carpeted upstairs is you get a 2 story unit.I could go on forever but I'll stop here.

The office people and the manager has really bad attitude they dont know how to talk to the tenant Ive been had a leak in my bathroom for months they say theyve fixed it and as soon as the tenant upstairs takes a shower the water run in my apartment I wont recommend them to a dog
