Property management has changed. Building structures have major damage, water leaks are persistent. Thus why they are insistent on renters insurance. Maintenance and office staff are mostly friendly. This is NOT a gated community. Gates do not lock and key pads do not work. Anyone can drive in and out. Pools are semi maintained.
It is very welcoming . Im not bothered and the maintenance is perfect
So far this is the best apartment complex I have lived in, the staff is great, maintenance handles requests in a timely manner and it's overall very friendly!!!
To me, its been amazing. More than what I expected. These are my first apartments. No place is perfect but I'd say that sutter creek apartments is a great place to start. No issues with the staff's or anything. Maintenance stays on top of everything as long as u make it urgent :). The landscape usually stays nice. Especially in the summer. Can't expect Jesus to constantly pick of leaves from the fall and winter Every day but they do come around when necessary to pick all the leaves up and make it look welcoming ...Everyone/neighbors seems to be to themselves which is great to me. I've already renewed my lease once. I may renew it again. I recommend these to family and friends. Thank you!
They messed up my credit score
In last July 2016, I've moved near to work. I thoroughly cleaned the previous apartment (SUTTER CREEK APT)as much as I can I had paid all the rent that was due, My lease had expired when I moved and I had given them ample notice. I had given them my new address but never received any communication from them. Recently I got contacted by collection company said that I own the previous apartment $535, I have contacted them then they told me the charges was about missed keys carpet change ( the carpet was already used and damaged from upstairs apartment flooding ), pool pass and,..... But they already got my $300 deposit + they did not contact me directly and ask me or remind me that something is missing specialty I still have the key + pool pass. I really felt like since they have the power that can screw any one: PAY us or it will go to your credit. that is not fair.STAY AWAY FROM SUTTER CREEK APARTEMNT
