Look at their Google Reviews
Unpatriotic - I had to tell them to lower the flag after the shooting in Houston.
Bed bugs - I had to throw a bunch of stuff out because the apartments are infested.
Broke AC - They wouldn't fix my AC.
Bad Management - Rude, doesn't care about the resident
Break ins and Burglaries- check out the car wash across the street. lol
Dont move here! Right after I signed the lease they tried to charge me $50 to get the electricity turned on in my apartment. Thats when I knew the problems would begin. I had read about sub-flooring issues from some reviewsIve had them at this apartment. In fact they had to call in outside contractors to fix my floors because they were squeaking throughout the whole apartment. It felt like I was going to fall through the floor. I started noticing AC problems when I first moved in, but Ill get to that more later. My oven wasnt working right so they had to replace the oven. I also have had multiple bug issues, specifically the Dermestide beetle which is known as the skin beetle. They kept appearing in my guest room, which no one ever had slept in. I went online to pay my bill and I thought everything was fine, but a few days later they told me that I hadnt paid it and charged me $100. They were completely unforgiving about this even though I had paid it. They are currently remodeling the office and the gym here has been closed half the time I have been here. I got post the other day that pool was having issues. There was a fairly serious break in one of the apartments, and when I was at the dog park I was told there was a drug bust and gun shots heard at the car wash across the street. I actually heard that from one of the residents who rated this place 5 stars, which is a bit odd to me.
Finally, Id like to talk about the AC. Ive been putting in tickets for over a month about the AC not working. Basically, starting in the afternoon the AC will not push the temperature of the apartment below 75 degre
I've lived there only about a month now and my dog camera caught the man putting my bedspread over my tv but it didn't show a record of activity when I went back to check, I'm working with the camera company to retain that footage of proof. He went through all of my drawers, there's glass everywhere and I feel truly violated and on edge. This happened on a Friday so I left my apartment office a voicemail around 6 pm after calling the police and went inside the office Saturday to find the manager didn't have a phone to be reached and wouldn't be in until Monday. They hadn't even listened to my voicemail. I was told management would call me Monday but no one did, I had to come in on my lunch to speak to her. She was extremely rude, went as far as rolling her eyes laughing and scoffing at me when I explained I was afraid and not okay with living there any longer. When I cried and begged she finally got up and again scoffed at me saying "let me get your file and see what I can do" after telling me over and over again this isn't her fault and being very defensive.
A neighbor informed me I'm the THIRD break-in in a matter of months she's heard of. When I mentioned this to management, she scoffed and said I was the only one she'd heard of and in a sense seemed to place blame on me for being robbed. Again more and more neighbors came forward stating they've heard of several robberies at the complex and it's the same type targetted: single females that live alone and have small dogs that don't seem harmful.
I believe he had been watching me since I've moved in, noticing I live alone and my schedule of work. When he broke in Friday, March 9th I had just come home for lunch and left my apartment at 1:30pm, according to my camera, he was seen taking my TV at 2:20pm. He had watched me. That is why I do not want to stay at this apartment complex. Management has offered for me to transfer to another unit for a fee and I'd have to reapply for the apartment when all of my infor
I had a really bad experience with the lease office all along my stay. They just don't care about their residents and their customer service. Really good at claiming money, pretty bad at being fair with them. Make sure you keep the proof of all your payments, they tried one time to make me pay twice for the same thing. I had a couple of other issues with them, they are pretty good at saying "sorry", but this answer doesn't solve anything. Invoicing is the only thing they know. I DO NOT recommend this residence at all.
Fantastic, Clean Community with a well staffed and efficient maintenance team.
Love the staff at THE CLIFFS! No complaints thus far.
