I am a previous resident that endured more than enough while living here for 8 months. New Management stated in other comments that they recently took over and wanted to hear from residents with previous issues. I have called numerous times and left messages on their main number and nobody answers. I also tried calling the number they provide 8174092577 and its invalid. None of this is surprising! Heads up, this place will be the worst thing you ever did if you sign a lease! Dont say you were not warned!!

I saw the bad reviews from previous residents before I signed my lease but I just thought that it was because of the delay they had in construction and that my decision shouldn't be based on a construction delay that had everyone outraged. However, I was wrong. I should have never signed my lease at 101, I should have taken the warning sign and turned around. So before you go and sign a lease here PLEASE read this review. I moved in summer 2018 for summer classes at UTA and signed a lease for summer 2018 to summer 2019. Within the first month of moving in I began having a roach problem. They told me that my unit was the only one, however, that's not how roaches work and that is confirmed by an outside pest company. They sprayed for 6 months and counting, and I STILL HAVE THEM. No, I have never lived in a place with roaches and no none of my roommates brought them in. They sure tried to accuse me of that though. I have to wear shoes around my room and am always on the lookout for the next one to pop up. I watched their pest company spray one time and it was really sad, they halfway sprayed. Also, an inspection to figure out the problem was NEVER done. It felt like this issue was never taken seriously. Additionally, management is rude. You are always wrong, never them. So if you are looking for an apology from them ever, you will not get one. They did just switch management, which is an inconvenience of its own. Right now we have no resident portal to view charges or pay rent, so you have to go in and pay it. Save yourself the stress and the irritation and go live ANYWHERE else. They are also real sneaky with their contract so if you do decide to sign, read every word. Also, you do not get what you pay for in rent, especially if you have roaches.

This place is a terrible place to lease. Things are constantly breaking in the apartment and it takes management forever to get someone to fix it. Management is also incompetent & once they get you to sign a lease they completely ignore you afterwards. After leaving people homeless for 2+ months they refuse to even allow people to cancel their lease even though they are the ones who broke contract. DO NOT move into these apartments. It is not worth the hassle or the money.
I was suppose to move in Aug 18th. Right now it's Jan 13 and I'm still not in. They said they would send weekly updates which they haven't done in 2 weeks. They can't even give me the dimensions of the apartment and won't show a model.
