Arlington Baptist College traces its origins in the Texas community to 1939, when the school was founded as the Fundamental Baptist Bible Institute by J. Frank Norris. The institution initially planned to offer Bible study through radio transmission and correspondence, though ABC quickly adopted more traditional approaches to education and student living. Today, the college is a private, four-year school that focuses exclusively on Biblical Studies to prepare students for work in the ministry after graduation.
