I love my apartment. Everything is practically brand new. Manager keeps us well informed on everything going on. I like the covered parking. It keeps my car protected from bad weather. I also like having my apartment sprayed every month for critters. Definitely recommend Bayshore Apartments!!!

staff is very attending to the occupants needs, maintenance needs are taken care off quickly, keep complex clean, also is very safe

Margaret was very nice and explained everything. She answered any questions I had. The apartments were very nice and very welcoming.

The place needs alot of upgrades. This place is not worth what im paying for rent. The water and trash bills are ridiculous.
