property management is awful at getting things fixed. I lived with a broken door for my entire time living there and lived with no hot water in the middle of winter for a week with no word or compensation from the complex.

Thank you for your review! We are sorry to hear about your negative experience here. The failure of the boiler was unfortunate for all involved. It did take time because of Harvey for the equipment to be ordered and shipped from Houston, TX. Communication of progress was via text msg and signage posted in the hallways of the building. I've only been here for about two months, but I love it here. The neighbors and staff are all nice and if theres any concerns they are fastly met!

Its been great, not many problems since Ive moved in. The two bedrooms are good but one bedrooms could you some work.

It has been wonderful! This is our 2nd apartment and we just renewed our lease! We find it very affordable and the living space is lovely. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is helpful. Happy to be here. :)
