What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Alvin

Although it is outside of town, it is a very short drive to town for things. It's remote but still active.

I like that there is a splash pad and a park. I like being able to walk with my family outside. There is also a basket ball court and it is very close to a main highway how I get to work.

I am close to the highway which makes it easier to get to work. The park is within walking distance. I am near stores and restaurants.

Things I like the most is I am near a grocery store. I also like that I have easy access to the highways.

It's affordable, we also have a yard to plant things in and have space. We're pretty much left alone as well, so that's nice.

It is safe and has a lot of restaurants and my favorite restaurants in the area are cicis, Domino's and wataburger.
