Sunset Terrace Apartments

I agree with the review dated 3/4/19, this complex is the best this small town has to offer. They are constantly modernizing the apts to make them more pleasant to live in. The staff is far from rude, they are accomadating. The Manager does not tolerate bad stuff on the property. Maintenace responds to calls in a timely manner especially emergency calls. Schools in the area are good too. I am a happy resident, so if you are looking for a clean, nice apt that is also safe and you want peace and quiet then this is the place to live.

Im reading these reveiws that are giving this complex a bad rep; which IS so untrue. It is either bad residents that have been in trouble or the manager has gotten rid off. The manager is very professional, knows her job BUT she doesnt tolerate bad behavior, partying etc. SHe keeps residents in check, this is one of the nicest most up kept apt complex in Alice, AND the only ones that doesnt put up with stuff. This is why Im considering movingback to this complex.

Poor management. Dirty and old apartments.

The lady (Unknown name) who is the actual employee in the office is a very, very rude person. She talks over any question you have asked. She ignores questions, knowing that is a factual problem in the room for rent. She is a very unprofessional employee this poorly trained complex could hire.The complex has only one Maintenance employee who is only hired because he already lived there and looked for a job. He is not certified in any of the machinery or equipment needed to actually install or repair items inside your apartment.

One of the leasing agents was very rude over the phone when figuring out information.
