This is an ideal place to live. Thank you for helping me find it!
Really enjoyed living here. Parking is easy, walking around at night feels safe. Our puppy dog loves the area. All the events Addison hosts right in the circle make everything really convenient. I imagine we'll be sticking around for a while.
I would not recommend this apartment complex. It took over three weeks to get our garbage disposal replaced during which our apartment stunk so bad that we could not even enjoy the common areas. Furthermore, the parking situation should be improved. For whatever reason, the new management no longer allows residents to park on the first floor of the parking garage. They indicate this is for patrons of businesses, but there is always plenty of room to park there. I have a new car, so I do not want to park in the street. Furthermore, there usually isn't any street parking by the time I come home from work. The parking garage is where they say we should park, but the only available spots are a few on the roof. Lastly, I was criticized in the message they put on my car to use guest parking. However, guest parking does not even exist.
Still love living here and would probably continue to stay. It became a home.
I absolutely love living here, the community is great, living above restaurants and bars is so fun - the park is my favorite part, it's such a beautiful area and in my backyard! I always feel safe walking outside day or night.
