I have been living here for six years already & everyone has been very nice to me and my service request get tended to on time. Augustina at the office is very nice & helpful

I've been all summer long with 80 degrees in my apt. Need new ac unit but it has not been approved. My electric bill was 382 due to fans going all day.

Office staff is not very helpful and there needs to be a few upgrades the blinds are very thin and they tend to break easy and that looks bad.

There have been a few issues with the apt since I've. Moved in a leaking bathroom ceiling which took 3 days to fix and only after I went to the main office about with a video and they said they didn't know it was that serious. I also have ants coming in from who knows where. There's cracks in the ceiling that started forming and looking like they were just coverered up instead of actually fixed. Ac is weak as well. Pretty sure they just have to add more coolant. I can't use anything with a high power requirement like a microwave without the breaker flipping everything off. Which I've called them about 4/5 times. And it's still not resolved but I've made due.

The managers were rude, the apt was not what was shown to me. They did not honor the quote i was given initially, and roaches were seen all throughout the apartment. I literally did not even move in. It was disgusting.

Any time something in the apartment is out of service it will only be fixed temporarily. Our needs are not made a priority which is unsettling as we pay so much to live here. I am disappointed in the new office staff and the poor service they provide.
