I have been here for 5 months and in 5 months I have asked for things to be fixed in my apartment and they have not been. I've been here 5 months in 5 months my rent has went up my last rent in October was almost $1,000 my first month's rent when I first got in here what's 847. I stayed home for 4days this October and waited for Pest Control to show his self around here because he's supposed to come and spray I'm paying for him to come spray and did not come and spray at all. I talk to the tenants below me and they told me he did not show up to spray. My water bill has jumped $25 since I've been here I don't have a washing machine and I can't use my dishwasher why is it a $25 jump? I have been waiting on a screen for my bedroom window for 5 months I have been waiting for 5 months for things in my apartment to be repaired or replaced. I went in the office again almost 4 weeks ago to ask for these things to be repaired and even ask for a screen to go on my window again and the maintenance man was in there and a manager I'm assuming that she said put a window screen in my window and it was not done. I'm still waiting for it to be done this day and it is October 18th 2017. But when the bill is due they quit to come around here and put stuff on your door saying that you owe money but they don't want to fix nothing in this place. these maintenance man and the manager in the office doesn't want to do their job. These people obviously don't want to work. I do not recommend anyone to come to this place whatsoever. I got a bill put on my door just a couple of days ago saying I owe $127 I look at my renters bill and I see a previous balance of $107 that's past due.I really don't know how its past do because I took a cashier's check into the office 3 weeks ago and paid the past due balance b4 hand but it's still on my renters bill today. Like I said my rent has went up every since I've been here. I do not recommend anyone to move in this place Point Blank.

Pictures are totally edit I lived there and the apartment was old and on really bad conditions bugs are a big problem I don't even know why they charge pest control don't recommend those apartments at all!

My family and i lived there and the service is really bad and the mantanence is really bad and the apartments are filled with rats roches bedbugs and ants etc i really do not recomend this apartments if your trying to look for an apartment they just treat you good when you are looking for an apartment but when your there they just ignore you
