Worst experience ever with getting an apartment. They purposely put me in a different apartment than what I reviewed on line. When came to see apartment, told me I could not see it. I signed up online and then get there and its not the right one. They then proceed to tell me I need to pay $150 more per month and sign a longer lease before they can move me to the right one. On top of that, the apartment they put me in is an apartment no on else would rent. There is a strong odor that they claim they don't know where its coming from. I've been here over a month and still no resolution. There are black bugs that kept coming into the unit. They never addressed them. The office said that they will go away in the winter. The apartment is too small for my furniture so I have to keep a storage unit to house the rest of my things. This has been a horrible experience. I have reached out to the property manager, the regional manager and the COO of UDR. Absolutely nothing has been resolved. I want this experience over as quick as possible.

DO NOT TAKE THE BAIT! This place is a pure disgrace. With leasing staff turnover, been there a year and a half and have yet to have a leasing agent be consistent, dont plan on anything they say being followed through on. Starts with the property manager who sends messages to residents stating all these great things are to come and will be done. Lets start with the stained carpet in the hallways that we apparently bought a carpet cleaner machine to be able to do these more frequently. Its been done once when the machine was first purchased. The yogurt splash in our hallway still exists and clearly wont be cleaned up anytime soon. Did someone say touch up paint? Because its the most careless job Ive ever seen on any property Ive ever lived in. Oh and lets not forget that even though it is a secured garage, bikes get stolen and cars who dont belong in there sneak in with no punishment. Its supposed to be the nicer more upscale of the properties on Vitruvian Way except in reality not even close. Overpriced. Poorly managed. Would never recommend.
