i would not recommend living here. i moved in a week late bc they said the apartment "wasn't ready" but when we moved in the apartment their were nails, screws, staples and candy hidden in the carpet. nats in the refrigerator like it was never cleaned , trash in the closet from the last people who lived there.

I've lived here for 3 years, I love my apartment, until about 9 months ago I never had a problem here. When Kelly was the manager, everything was fixed in a timely manner. In March 2017 I put in a written maintenance request.1. After a power outage the security system beeps twice every 6 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2. My oven went out. 3. There is a short in the electrical in building 8. I have a note from the office stating this.... it has NEVER been fixed, some times the outside lights don't work at all, at times they flicker, hummmn and surge.
No one ever came to fix the issues. 2 weeks later I called and ask about repairs, I was told they were sent the wrong parts, ok... 2 weeks later I put in another written request, same issues.... notbing... 2 weeks later I called the office again, was told they were sent the wrong parts..... it is now October 2017. I still don't have an oven... none of the issues have been addressed. Corporate doesn't care either by the way. The 2 apartments above mine are occupied by people who smoke pot, a lot of pot. I think they try to see who can generate the most smoke, I am allergic to weed. It is affecting my health, I'm tired of shots and prescriptions and doctors visits so my neighbors can be high all the time. I can't afford rent and hotel rooms every time they want to fill our 4 units with smoke and I can't sleep in my car anymore. I'm just too old for that. Therefore I have no choice but to move. If the review had negative stars, thus place would have about negative 20.
