Revere at Spring Hill

Lived here for the last 4 years and it has been great! Service requests are dealt with promptly and the amenities are awesome!

I moved to TN from Indianapolis, IN. This was somewhat of a hurried move as I had just accepted a new job and needed to escape a toxic situation. I had to drive to Franklin, TN twice for a second interview and then orientation after accepting the position, and I hurriedly toured other apartment complexes based on recommendations by future co-workers on both visits, but no one ever mentioned Revere at Spring Hill. Approximately a week a half before my move ( ??), I literally came upon these apartments like 5 times in a google search.Kelly helped when the application process and getting approved, but between Kelly and Laura, they helped me get my utilities turned on because I knew nothing about which companies were servicing the areas, they stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was in order. With it being a 5 hour drive, and there being an accident on 65, I was not going to make it to rental office in time to pay my pro-rated rent and get my keys before close of business that Saturday. I called the office and the sweetest voice answered the phone, “thank u for calling revere apartments, Ari speaking, how can I help u?”. It took everything in me to hold back tears as I told her what was going on, I had to get moved in that weekend because I started work that following Monday and I had no where to go, I had two dogs with me as well, and there was no way we were going to sleep in a moving truck for two days. She told me she had to leave at 5, but she would call her manager, Laura, and call me back. She called me back within 15 minutes and stated that she had been authorized to just put my keys in my apartment, leave the door unlocked, gave me a temporary gate code, and stated that I could bring the pro rated rent payment to the office on Monday before they closed. This was due to me already having payed my deposit and Laura knew who I was because again, her and Kelly had been in contact with me throughout this whole process. I could not thank her enough and when I met her that following Monday, I just gave her the biggest hug. That was a year ago and I have since signed a second lease with this apartment complex. I only have one concern and that was someone complaining about me not picking up after my dog. This was my senior dog, he is 14, he has stage 4 kidney disease, he is on medication that causes him to have diarrhea from time to time if he doesn’t drink enough water. The particular day the RESIDENT saw me, I had to run down from the third floor carrying him so that he could go to the bathroom, which did not give me time to grab a poop bag. He literally went three times back to back, but this RESIDENT saw once and then he moved, which looked like I was leaving, but I didn’t, and this RESIDENT proceeded up the stairs into their apartment without waiting to see if I was going to pick up after my dog after the first bowel movement, which I did. It was difficult, but I basically just pulled all the grass up where he went with the poop bag. This would be my only complaint. I feel that any resident can make a complaint but when said complaint is made, I feel that they should have evidence or someone to corroborate their claim. I love the neighborhood, I have had neighbors bring my Amazon packages back to my door that were delivered to them by mistake, I love the community online portal where residents can post messages, maintenance acts very fast on any issue, and to me, most importantly, the community atmosphere is very welcoming, always clean, and well kept.

Great, safe location. Pet friendly, and friendly staff and neighbors.

Love this complex.. apartments are nice and roomy. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Complex is pet friendly, has a pool, grills, playground for kids. Easy access to shopping, interstates and schools. Several churches, medical buildings nearby as well. Lots of restaurants in a very short distance. We truly have enjoyed living here.

Everyone in the office is professional and courteous. My girl friend and I love the workout area and the walking path. My daughter is obsessed with how “cool” the pool looks.

This is absolutely the worst apartment complex in Spring Hill. The management is HORRIBLE and so unprofessional. Laura, the property manager, called me and hung up on me when I asked her to stop speaking over me and listen to what I was saying. If you complain about staff doing something they aren’t supposed to do, they tell the staff and then they do petty things because they don’t like you. There is a community board but you can’t have complaints. If you complain they will deny your post. But you can complain about dog poop or the trash. But only certain things about the trash. I came from the grand reserve and it is a million times better. I mean one of their 5 star reviews is from their own employee. The community always has trash all over it. You don’t have amenities here, you have privileges. Don’t waste your money here. It is overpriced and will only cause you headaches.
