For the most part as an apartment dwelling, the quality of these apartments are excellent. There are some sound issues, but nothing like other dwellings. (you can't hear neighbor sneeze!) Grounds are kept clean. Trash is regularly picked up. Staff is pleasant and professional. Although trash, water, and exterminator are "included", their rate is above ad beyond quoted rent, and automatically paid with rent. That's what they mean by "included". Also must know that rent goes up with every renewal. Make sure you have a job that gives liberal raises, or make sure this is well below your budget limit! Rent here is not a fixed rate as most have been used to, and you are not told this upon lease agreement. Even though it's been worth the stretch, sadly I am moving after almost 5yrs due to this. There is no consideration for your length of time or promptness in paying your dues. In that way we are not individually considered and sadly many, including me, have been raised right out of here....
