The property is clean and well-kept. Staff Are available for most of the day. Great web portal for handling payments and maintenance requests. But everything can also be handled easily in person or by phone. There is more than enough parking available for residents and guests. Oversized spots for RVs, boats, and other large vehicles are available for a monthly fee (though this area is not separately locked- no issues so far). Year-round outdoor jacuzzi available along with seasonal pool. Staff is very friendly and any issues tend to be addressed immediately. Dog feces in public areas (from careless and irresponsible owners) is still a problem that hasn't been adequately addressed, but to be fair, that's a problem on any property that allows dogs. Another negative is that there's no recycling collection.
There's a paid trash valet service (required monthly fee), which is helpful in preventing pests.
I also like that the office will hold some packages during the day. I wish they'd text residents upon package arrival- that would be helpful. On occasion packages are left at the apartment door. So far (and I'm afraid to jinks this), I haven't had any issues with theft and I get A LOT of packages. Whether my package safety is because of great neighbors or staff, I'll never know, but I appreciate it. I also appreciate how quiet my apartment is. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors if I try to during the early evenings, but for the most part, it's quiet and restful here.
Overall, I love this place. It's about a block from I-24 and convenient travel to everything. When I'm at home, it's hard to believe that I'm so close to the main road as it's so quiet and peaceful. There's also a nice short nature trail on the property along with a dog park and kids playground. Nice landscaping and thoughtful details are what I see around me. For the price, quality, service, location, and amenities, you'll find it hard to get a better deal than this!!

I've been here a number of years and really like it here. My only reason for not giving and "excellent" is the terrible stains in the breezway walkways of the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The 1st floor breezways have a different texture which seems to resell stains and easily cleanup.
