Fairway Meadows is a nice place to live. We have lived here for a few years now. It is quiet and well take care of. They only allow one pet, but that is the only downfall.

Good place to live, the community is quite at night, they have a pool, and small playground for younger children. The office staff is nice and friendly. Maintenance is Great and will work until the problem is solved. Only downfall is, the townhomes have AC units and baseboard heaters, not central heat and air. Also there is not a backdoor.
The best units to rent are the corner townhomes which provide you with 2 extra windows, which provides sunlight into the kitchen and upper bedroom. I've lived here almost 5yrs. With 4 children, they have lots of friends here. The schools are great in this area as well. The townhomes are close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
I only gave it a 4 * rating due to the AC units, other then that it would be 5*
