I have been made to feel welcomed from day one. Not only are the apartments awesome but the staff are great and attentive as well. I love it here thus far!

I lived in the Village apartments at Apison Pike for a year and a half and was extremely pleased with the property and staff. Have moved around a lot and would say, the village apartments exceeded my expectations in a apartment community with amenities, monthly events to the common area, weekly maintenance of the grounds. and especially my spacious apartment which is just not found in the Chattanooga area. I am a happy camper and have already recommended the Village to friends and family looking to move in the coming years. Rick Johnson

Ive lived at the Village at Apison Pike for almost 2 years now and have to say that its my most enjoyable apartment community Ive ever lived in. The amenities are amazing, the units are beautiful with hardwood floors, Great appliances and a modern look. Kitchen island and cabinets are spacious. The property is gated and always kept immaculate, parking is never a problem. I can get some cardio and lifting in when its raining or cold outside. The property Is also very quiet, I never hear my neighbors. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They also love animals ( My dog Harvey loves going to the office to get complementary dog treats while I like using the complementary coffee they have). Would rate this can stars if I could!

Because the staff are great and when something wrong the maintenance team address the matter quickly as they can. I think you need to develop another location or two to cater for small families. Such as Cleveland TN, as you they have a Amazon Distribution Center and they are talking about one more also. One also in Vance AL close to Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. Plant. The plant is on the companies 5th expansion and others to company.. As of 7-12-2016, 12 k workers work at plant.
