I absolutely love living here. Its a great location with great facilities and friendly people.

Our front door lock broke multiple multiple times and each time it took over a week to fix after calling, emailing, and going into the office...people had just forgotten to place the request which was very frustrating. Also our water and ice machine broke and never got fixed even though we reported it multiple times.

Dear Residents,

We apologize that our service has not met your or our standards. August is a very hectic time for us with almost 80% of the property moving in. As you know, we also manage Barbizon, Villages at Vanderbilt and 1808 Edgehill. If our service does not improve now everyone is in and settled down, let me know.

The office is slow at responding to inquiries. It seems very uncoordinated over at the main office. The maintenance guy is extremely strict.

Poor insulation of rooms (front bedroom), door did not completely fit in the frame so during wind storms, door would open/make whistling noise

The walls are paper thin... it's definitely noisy. Otherwise, everything is good and updated.
