The Still I & II

I moved in since March 2023, the property is clean, no problem in the parking space, very close to costco,wallmart, publix etc. The people in the office are so nice and helpful. The maintenance team are so quick in response to my work orders and emergency calls. This apartment complex is highly recommended!

Moved in June, 2023, pool is never open, so dont let that sell you. My clothes are currently laid out on my living room floor SOAKING wet after using the dryer 3x due to the washing machines never working properly. I have been living heatless for almost 2 months now. They say they are working on a permanent resolution but do not contact me as they should and are certainly not in my unit trying anything to fix it. The main light in the kitchen has been out for over a week now, maintenance dude said its not the bulbs its a deeper issue, will be back, havent seen him. This is truly a nightmare at this point. The only compensation Ive been offered is to pay the difference of my electric bill since Ive been using a space heater to keep warm. Dont walk, run away from this place.

apartments are affordable and comfortable for Nashville. Great view and close to all that I need.

Prices are fair for the area. Location is great. Property is well maintained. Maintenance is quick & office staff is very helpful. Best place I have lived so far.

My puppy and I live at The Still II and love it here. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. office staff makes sure us a residents are taken care of and property looks great. These are older building but the upkeep and Maintenance on them are good. Pricing is very affordable for Nashville. The property does try to plan events like the one we to. The puppy pool day the property had and was shocked they even had this type of event. I have lived in nashville for 9 years and have never lived at a property that has had this type of event. Office staff works hard and are super sweet and should be able to enjoy fun events like these. We were very appreciative. Thank you for all of the staffs great work for taking care of us residents the best you know how keep up the good work.

Staff has been very attentive to details. Quick to respond and very reasonable with rent. The prices in Nashville have increased just like everything else so of course all rents are increasing everywhere. The Still has kept a reasonable price throughout the last 3 years as a resident. Property is clean and parking has improved tremendously. Maintenance staff have responded quickly to my work orders and office staff are quick to follow up with me. Highly recommend working with Destiny in the office.
