I enjoy the location, and general atmosphere and amenities. For the price we pay, I'd expect more regular maintenance of the space and to not have constant issues with plumbing, shower/bath floors, and having to put maintenance requests in constantly for minor repairs. I've been trying to get someone to come out and fix a leak in the ceiling for a year, and our air filter hasn't been changed since we moved in almost 2 years ago for example.

It was decent. Quiet but apt in general had a lot of bugs that would come inside. Had a major issue with beetles, silverfish, tree roaches, and millipedes. I never went outside the patio, kept windows closed and door shut tight but they were all over the place. I asked if there were a bug problem and he said well anyone has bugs.
