I lived here for 4 years and at first it was good. But the last 6 months or so have been terrible. Several residents AC s including mine been broken since early-mid June and the management company wont fix it (and it is not the first time it happened. The first time it happened was in early April and they fixed mine 4 weeks later. They knew it would happen again - per their own words - but did not plan for it). I keep calling them and at first, they were trying to give some explanation and said they would fix it (they were very rude and unapologetic about it). But seeing that no one is showing up, I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing and no one is answering or returning my calls. They keep closing the office randomly and do not show up when they are supposed to be there. Basically, they are avoiding residents. There is nothing we can do to reach them. This is not right. We have lived through several very hot weeks without A/C, weeks with heat advisory warnings where it got in the 100s outside. One time it got to the 90s inside my apartment (and that is with the portable AC unit I bought to survive)! You can find something way better for this price!

Horrible experience for the most part. Was shown an apartment that looked nothing like the one we moved into. Had problems with bugs, water leaks, plumbing issues and last minute power or water shut offs. The maintenance workers were fine for the most part. Had great customer service but had too much for only 3 workers to fix. When we had an issue with a washer/dryer it took them almost 3 weeks to get to it. One of the two bathrooms had no outlets, the storage was little to none and the water/heater closet was horrendous and the AC unit was ancient. You also were told not to put any nails in the walls. Management also doesnt allow you to speak to anyone. They will not fix the problem but blame you for it instead of apologizing or taking any sort of accountability. I dont even know who owns the company of Charlotte Management Company and it seems incredibly sketchy. Hated living here for a whole year and was way to happy to move out. Hope nobody lives here in the future.

Ive lived here for about a year and I am very thankful my lease is ending. This has been by far the worst complex Ive ever been to. Everything is falling apart, and the maintenance staff is completely unresponsive/unprofessional. They leave trash laying around the complex everyday just about. The office staff act nice until they get you signed into a place then they are rude and dismissive. Recently my car tags were going to expire so I woke up to a wonderful non-removable sticker the office management decided to put on my car informing me Ill be towed in less than 2 days. Overall its been a nightmare and if youre looking for a place to stay I would look elsewhere unless you want to be frustrated and unhappy with your living space for a year.

First of all your master bedroom is hot throughout the entire summer because its only one air vent in the room, And they just added assigned parking so if you have a guest they will have to sign in at the office which isnt located in Views on Hillwood II and closes around 5 or 6. The pool is also closed majority of the summer. Yes their remodeled, but I wont be renewing my lease due to the parking as if I live on a college campus with high rent.

A nice community.. Have made friendships that will last forever. Management is nice. They work with you to get things fixed in the apts..even been asked how the neighborhood is and its nice to say i like the area. Close to the doctors we see. And close to all stores gas stations. The local library is also close by.. Highly recommended..
