These are just normal apartments with white scratched/dinged up appliances. Major popcorn ceilings in the units and the balcony decking was a bit scary how some were fasten down.

I thought the bark park was pathetically inadequate.
Would be better if they accepted "Gentle Giants".

Maybe these things won't bother a prospective tenant.

The woman I toured with was extremely nice.

The office staff has always been friendly and courteous to me. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, it has been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. My apartment has been nicely renovated and I'm very happy living here.

When you are an applicant and seem interested in this apartment complex, the staff is very friendly and attentive. When you become a resident its a different story. I was moved into a renovated apartment with a sink that had huge chips in it, a kitchen sink that leaked for weeks before maintenance decided it was time to fix it, an a/c that never worked in the summer and now an incredibly drafty living room, patched over holes in two of my doors that look horrible, a huge bug issue since I moved in that I had to pay for outside pet control to look at, disgusting breezeways and patios...I dont think theyve ever been pressure washed, cars are broken into all of the time, trash is always over flowing, I mean I could go on and on. It has been a nightmare to live here. I never received an inspection sheet, never had a walk through, nothing! Tyler, the property manager never returns calls or emails and when he does, he just gives you the go around. They never answer their office phone...EVER! So good luck if you need anything. Do not move here, do not waste your money. This complex is not taken care of at all and they do not care about you as a resident.

Not nearly as nice since new property manager took over. Rent keeps going up and there really aren't any amenities. Pool has been drained and might not be open for the summer. Laundry room is a mess and folks leave clothes in there for days at a time. Broken down vehicles all over, as well as broken glass, nails, etc. Floors are very squeaky and kitchens are small.

Weather stripping around doors needs work. No saltwater by during icy conditions that I've noticed. No fans in shower.
