Love Nashboro, great neighborhood and great apt managers
Village Green has issues with MOLD, air, and water containments. If you value your health. Don't move here.
Run! This apartment complex is a nightmare and I have had my fair shore of apartment living. The apartments are grotesque, appliances are old and half working! The STAFF IS MEDIOCORE. The whole apartment complex is just awful.
why the pools are not open
Parking is practically non existent for our building. By the time you get home from work, people who do not live in your building friends of neighbors are parked in the resident parking and you have to park about a block away. Communication between the maintenance and office needs some improvement. We have had issues and alerted the office, such as a foot-wide hole in our bathroom ceiling, yet maintenance was NOT made aware until we contacted them directly. Once maintenance knows, they're on the ball and getting things done immediately. There are 5 pools in the area, yet only 1 or 2 of them are ever open. One that is supposed to be unlocked, never is. No matter how many times you let the office know, they just tell you that it should be unlocked, nothing else. Some neighbors are extremely inconsiderate. Playing drums at all hours of the day and into night, people below you playing music with bass so deep that it shakes everything in your apartment, and the office will do nothing about it.
