This is the fourth apartment complex I have lived in in this general vicinity of South Nashville-- and it is by far the Top Choice.
My apartment was in good shape when I moved in and any small maintenance issues that I have had have been taken care of in a timely manner.
Pest Control is on call whenever you need it but luckily for the first time I have had no problems!
Just signed on for my third year yes I am satisfied!
I lived here for the last two years and had a great experience! Everyone in the office was always friendly and accommodating! Maintenance was always efficient! It was a great place to live!
For the one year that I stayed there, I constantly had issues and if I had the finances available to me, I would have paid to break my lease halfway through and moved out solely for the purpose of wanting to have a better quality of life. In the end, it didnt even matter because I still wound up having to pay a substantial amount of money (resulting in me having to borrow appx. $1,500 to do so).
The issues I dealt with at this complex included the constant construction that often hindered me from getting adequate sleep at my apartment as I was working 12 hour over night shifts and was consistently being awoken by the construction. I spent multiple nights staying at a family members house so that I could get enough sleep to be able to perform my duties at work during the nights and feel that I had enough sleep to safely make it home after work. This happened on/off for about a month during the exterior construction. It also happened during the two weeks that replumbing was being conducted in my unit. The replumbing project was an inconvenience in itself as we had to clear out our closets, kitchen counters, and move everything to one side of the apartment. During the exterior construction, my window was broken, my unit suffered from water damage, and the A/C line was hit resulting in no A/C in the middle of a TN summer. There were two separate occasions where I came home at 7 am after working 12 hour shifts and was unable to get into my apartment due to a faulty door lock and waited 2+ hours for emergency after hours maintenance to arrive and essentially kick the door down for me. I went back and forth with the complex and water company for weeks due to a leak that had been detected in October and was not fixed until mid January/February. This and many more issues also occurred.
It is a friendly environment and the property is taken care of well.
Great complex friendly neighbors, and great looking area.
