My beautiful and spacious apartment at Hillmeade is my favorite place I have ever lived and I am very proud to call it home. It is hard to believe that this quiet, natural setting is located so close to Nashville and the many amenities - the two pools, fitness center, tennis court, nature trail, and club house - are great! Every effort is made to keep the complex looking beautiful and the grounds crews and maintenance crews are absolutely the best anywhere! I can't imagine ever living anywhere else -- except MAYBE Paris!!
Hillmeade staff is always prompt on addressing issues, if they can't personally fix the problem they're very quick to get somebody here who can. They are all friendly and I'm very pleased with the complex as a whole. I have recommended and will continue to recommend it to many customers, clients and acquaintances who are in search of a new residence.
Great service always
Its only been two weeks, but so far, my roommate and I are loving our Hillmeade Apartment. The grounds are gorgeous, the amenities are great (pools, gym, tennis courts), and the apartment itself is perfectly charming (hello, Sunroom!). The maintenance staff is super fast, the leasing office very curteous (shoutout Christian & Abby!), and overall, were very happy here!
I do think its worth mentioning that there are a few extra fees that are for services outside of Hillmeade management as so not included in base rent:
- $50 sign-up fee for package reception (optional...I think)
- $20 per month valet trash service (not optional)
- $15 per month/per car parking fee for salting during winter (this does not guarantee a space near your apt, and sometimes I have to hike 5 minutes to get back to my apt. I wish they could improve this system or maybe make none of the parking assigned - as theres always open marked spots. They could keep the garages assigned...just thoughts).
Overall Im loving the beauty of this place. And until I break down and ask for an assigned space, Ill be getting in some extra steps.
I have been a resident for seven years and am very pleased with all of the changes being made to make our community better. The Maintenance staff has been communicating personally with residents in regards to issues and on the status of those issues. There have been positive changes made by management and the home office to ensure that where we call home isn't just a place to stay until your lease runs out. Looking forward to more positive changes!
