DO.NOT.MOVE.HERE!!! Ever since Bluestone properties took over this complex, the quality of service has gone down the dirtiest, stinkiest, toilet you can imagine. First of all, management does not care about you! No matter what time of the day you call, you will not get an answer and they will not return your voice mails EVER. The only way I was ever able to talk to the property manager was that I had to stake them out early in the morning and wait for them to show up at the office door first thing in the morning. Otherwise, it was literally impossible to get in contact with anyone. Secondly, maintenance is ridiculous. They are overly incompetent and do not care about your well being. On numerous occasions, I've asked maintenance to fix something only to have them come out and break it worse than it was or not even attempt to fix it and then mark the request complete in the online portal. There were also several times I would come home from work to find the water and/or power not working with no notice or communication whatsoever! Thirdly, the floors and walls are PAPER thin. This is literal and not an exaggeration. God bless you if you have a neighbor above or below you with loud, yapping dogs. Not too mention that if someone slams their door it will literally shake your entire apartment. Complaining on loud neighbors or anything at all will not do you any good. The office will do absolutely nothing about keeping your peace of mind. The list of issues goes on. Look somewhere else. Anywhere else that is not owned by Bluestone Properties. The amount of money you'll spend here is not worth the headache and frustration.
