The older buildings in Hayes House are like a bad dorm. The stair wells smell, the outdoors are exposed through the walls, there is no elevator and the trash compacter is all the way across the complex. The staff has changed 3 times since I've lived here leading to a lot of inconsistency with service. Read the fine print of the lease if you're going to stay here, there are a lot of small print hidden fees and rules. Definitely would NOT recommend living here.

Bell Hillsboro Village is a great place to live. Beautiful facilities, great staff, and wonderful apartments.

BHV is in a perfect location: walking distance to 2 universities, restaurants, services ( cleaners, post office), gyms, and VU Medical Center. Also, we're 20 minutes from major entertainment venues (Ryman, Schermerhorn, Bridgestone Arena). Even more important, we have LARGE courtyard gardens; we aren't surrounded by concrete !!
