WHO WOULD WANT TO MOVE IN A BUG INFESTED, MOLD INFESTED OLD APPLIANCES,
1960.....CEILING FALLING IN WATER RUNNING DOWN WALLS AND IN FLOOR! A WEEK LATER, ASKING FOR REFUND AND REJECTED AND CALLED POLICE FOR DEMANDING REFUND!

Poor water pressure and hot water goes quick. Get used to taking military showers!

Bad drainage

Missing kitchen drawers that were "on order" and never replaced

Screen door ripped and off track. Never fixed or mounted back. Wouldn't be able to anyway because the frame isn't level

Dishwasher backs up into sink and smells

Roaches everywhere! That they say they will fix but never do

Pool closed all year! Open one week in summer and then closed again. An expense you know you're paying extra for!

Noisy neighbors that play Mexican polka music super loud at all hours of the night. Of course they have to listen to it with the bass bumping so it shakes the floors and walls. Had to call the cops many times.

Speaking of cops, the cops frequent that complex. Usually arresting someone or looking for someone. The first day we moved in, literally after signing our lease, someone was being handcuffed and escorted off the premises by a group of police officers.

People park in your spot all the time and when you go to call the security number they never answer. So you're left honking your horn for sometimes hours until they move.

Garbage everywhere

Dogs left outside and pooping and peeing on balcony that trickles to neighboring balcony below

So dusty! Dirty vents.

Apartment wasn't ready when we drove from NY to TN... they had over a months notice that we were coming. And the maintenance crew was smoking in our unit while they were "getting it ready"

Laundry room is always a mess and always has numerous machines out of order. People steal your laundry if you don't sit there and wait for your clothes.

Turn off water without any notice

Request a maintenance service and they show up days later unannounced and just walk into your apartment yelling "maintenance". Then proceeded to leave my front door wide open for my cat to run outside.
