I loved living at Colonial Grand. The staff were always really helpful and my apartment had a lot of spaces and no issues.

Our staff works hard to make sure residents will find the best all-around choice to live life their way in our community. We appreciate you taking the time to share your favorable comments and wish you all the best going forward.


I would love to give this complex a better rating but I can't. Since moving in I haven't been able to drink the water because it tastes like bleach. The office told me that was just Nashville and TN in general. (not true as I grew up in TN and this area). Since August, I have been dealing with a neighbor's cigarette smoke seeping into my apartment and causing everything I own to smell. Multiple times they have tried to resolve the issue, but it only continues to return. It is disgusting - not to mention a health issue. On numerous occasions, I have reported the issue to the office to be told they would get back to me on a certain date but then they don't follow-up and I then have to reach out to them again. With all these problems, I was surprised to get a renewal lease at almost $200 additional a month.

I can hear neighbors on every side. There hasn't been a peaceful nights rest in months. The walls and flooring do not have any sound proofing beyond standard construction methods.

I love this place! The staff, EVERYTHING! The best part is that it's very quiet.
