It's great but some of my things are coming sport like door hendges and door handles, maintenance didn't take their time but the management is awesome and when maintained is called hey are good about coming on time to get this fixed

The office staff often be rude and do not respond to calls nor emails. The maintenance staff never show up and whence the finally do show to fix an problem, the work be extremely poorly done. The location be out of the way with not even an laundromat nearby and the apartment complex laundry room be over priced, they change the entry codes and do not notify the residents, and whence ye finally are able to get in to the laundry room, most of the time the machines be offline and unusable.

Maitnence has a awful way of not coming to fix anything when you ask. They replaced my leaking sink with a new faucet and the handle broke off the same day called and emailed and they never came to fix it. To much money for a junk apartment

Not impressed with response time from management. They rarely even respond to emails. Overall good place to live and staff is overall good.

I like where I live, the only issues I have are cost and cleanliness of the parking lot and yard. There is always trash in the parking lot and in the grass. Tried to take my kid to the playground and there was broken glass around the area. The cost of living keeps going up. The kitchen looks like it's the same thing they've had for 20+ years. I would happily pay more if they'd update the apartment.
