Its a nice to place live, but dealing with the leasing office is frustrating to say the least. Its very unorganized, you request to speak with the property manager your given an email address. Send an email its never responded to. You communicate with the leasing office, they never listen, especially Stuart. You stop by the office to ask to speak directly with the property manager, your told they no longer work with the company. The leasing office then makes tries to address the issue and never solves it. There are excuses like corporate says we cant do that or we phased that out.
At the last lease renewal, the rate was hiked 8%, when inquiring about why and to be furnished with the details. You only get a response of well its $20 dollars cheaper than what new residences get. Again, Stuart says the excuse is this is all the corporates doing. So, if you move here your worth $240 dollars to retain and sign a new lease. Doesnt even cover the 14 days it takes to rehab the unit and prep it for the next tenant. Its no wonder why so many long-time residents are moving. Other annoyances are when signing forms online, you still get called to come to the office to sign the same forms because your signature is not accepted.
My suggestion to Freeman Webb is spend less time worrying about the welcome wagon and pancake breakfasts and start dealing with the leasing office and the price hiking. I understand the Nashville housing prices have exploded, but an 8% increase year over year is insane. Its clear than loyalty to the property is only worth $20.
Pavel and James are the maintenance guys; they do a great job and are friendly. The leasing office total circus run by clowns.
They'Ve Got The Best Service Of Any Apartment Complex I'Ve Lived In. For Example: One Day I Got Home From Work Only To Find My Ac Wasn'T Working, In The Middle Of A Heat Wave. It Was Literally 2 Minutes Before The Office Closed, And I Figured I'D Try To Get Ahold Of Them To Set Something Up For Them To Fix It The Next Day. I Was Shocked When They Said They'D Have Someone There In 15 Minutes - And They Did! He Fixed It, And Within 30 Minutes Of Calling, My Apartment Was Cool Again.
We love our two-bedroom townhome! It is spacious and well-priced, and all of the appliances are working well; it is also an attractive home. The staff at British Woods are very kind - and more than willing to provide assistance when needs arise. The maintenance staff is prompt, thorough, and conscientious.
