The location is the only high spot. Crime and deceiving accounting practices. I had to fight how much I owed every month I was there. My downstairs neighbor was a chain smoker, therefore, everything in our home smelled like smoke. It could be a great property. Again, the location is close to 24 and shopping. There are other choices in the area - be wise - do your research.

I paid more to be in a gated community,but the gate was constantly open which defeats the purpose,in my opinion. Rent was raised yearly instead of every 2 years like other complexes. Also,carpet was removed from upstairs apartments once renovated which took away sound buffer,so could hear upstairs neighbors feet constantly.

The area outside of my building is not kept up. Earlier this year they laid sod down and now it is all dead and now the green netting is exposed and is quite honestly a hazard for people to trip over. Cars are allowed to sit with flat tires and/or expired tags. It just doesn't look as nice as when I first moved in (2014).

Arium Parkside's apartments themself are nice; however, for the amount they charge for rent, water, pest control, etc., in my opinion, is not worth what we pay. I have lived here for close to a year and a half, and I am happy with my apartment. A complaint I have always had with any apartment in murfreesboro is after the maturity date of our 15 month lease, they all spike the monthly amount. To pay around $1000/mo. For a one bedroom apt. Is not worth it considering home mortgages cost less.

The staff in the front office are so kind and helpful, very pleasant to be around. Rent might be a little high, but I think it's worth every penny to have friendly staff like these, be part of a safe community, and be so near restaurants, stores, etc.
