PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS: Apartment 517 from June 5 2017- July 23 2018 we constantly had issues. The last review is a review from halfway through my lease at this place. I am writing again cause of course there's more. Although there's a new managment they're just as bad as before. Amber is not a "new" manager. She's been there since NOVEMBER 2017, I talked to her when they LOST my rent. Which when I had a video of me returning it they questioned why I "felt the need" to video. Cause there is NOT ONE SINGLE REASON TO TRUST THEM. So thank you for those accusations Amber, I appreciated them :). They will not take responsibility for the lack of their own actions, and will give as little back as possible. In the last 5 months of our lease 2 things were not attended do which should have let us out of our lease AGAIN. Our fan, and my roommates drawer were not fixed for 33 days. Oh and the drawer wasn't even fixed. When they re-did the floors they left EVERYTHING scattered throughout all of the rooms and a few things sitting outside the apartment for anyone to take as they please. Which I'm thankful my roommates and I planned to be together and I wasn't with strangers who had my things in their rooms. We were also on vacation and had left our home looking spotless to which that was a lovely surprise to come home to considering they never said what days they would possibly be entering our apartment. Please try living at the pointe, or aspen I've heard good things from other students i've worked with. Please don't give these people your hardearned money.
8 months ago: Please beware, I gave this place a chance when I should not have. Move-in day we already had issues with our AC (which grew mold on the outside of my living room wall) The AC was eventually fixed about halfway into July. In June our AC also completely stopped working over the weekend, and it reached up to 92 degrees INSIDE my apartment. My roommates and I slept on a mattress in the living room surrounded by fans...
Looks great spacious open a lot of rooms around great to me
They will try to cheat u into a room you will not want to be in and try to move you to their more expensive apartments even though you try to sign up for the cheapest, they won't care about your roommate preferences and won't even try to get the apartment ready for you easily the worst place in the boro
