If you like sharing your entire living space with brown recluse spiders, squirrels that live in your roof, and being able to hear entire conversations that your neighbors have above you, then this is the place for you. You can call the front office about anything and they'll answer, but they give you no sympathy. I have an email proving that they started pest treatment before we moved in, and they still allowed us to live here. They offered to move us into a different apartment a month after moving in, but breaking our lease was not an option. The apartment is poorly insulated, so in the summers it's hot, and in the winters it stays no higher than 60 degrees in the apartment. The maintenance staff blames it on the thermostat being read a few degrees off at all times. If it's not brown recluse spiders, it's cockroaches, if it's not cockroaches, it's hearing every step your upstairs neighbors take including their three dogs, or the dumpster being overflown into the street, a squirrel living in the roof, the unbearable temperature, your bathroom mirror falling off the wall, or the terrible search for a parking spot that makes this a way overpriced living situation.
