Everything about my new home has been great!! The staff is so nice and friendly and go out of there way to get to know you and make sure you feel at home. The pool has been great and the fitness room is easily accessable all the time. I love my new home !
The management and staff are great to deal with and its a great location
I loved living here - the rent was super reasonable & the property is really well maintained. The management actually listened to me when I had an issue with my rent & met me half way to get to a fair compromise. There's plenty of parking so I usually didn't have to walk far from my car to my apartment. I may end up moving back when my lease is up.
Constant noise complaints with no resolution to date. Poor quality of apartment building.
Gateway is good because of value. Office&maintenance staff are pleasant&wonderful. Inside the apartments are clean&attractive. Numerous landscaping improvements have been made. In strange contrast, Building D stairwell is sooo nasty&sometimes smelly w/ancient vomit&filthy garbage gunk from past tenants. 18 mos ago@move-in, we were told power-washing was scheduled. Hasn't happened yet despite concerns expressed to the office. It's unpleasant to live with&embarrassing to have company.
