As a single mom Fortress Grove provided a place where I felt safe with my children playing outside, and so many families live here there are always kids for them to play with! The office staff has always been so kind and quick to help me out! Thanks Laura and Ashlee you two have been nothing shy of awesome!
Glad we chose Fortress Grove Apartments as our temporary home! It feels like home! Everything gets taken care of ASAP!!

I did what youre doing- I read the reviews on every website and discussed the issues with the property manager, extensively, before signing the lease to make sure that parking was not an actual issue. She assured me that it would not be an issue due to the STRICT parking policy that includes a parking pass, assigned parking spots, AND a courtesy officer who was in charge of parking. WELL. I have not been able to park in front of my own building on SEVERAL occasions, 3 of which were because NON residents were parked in resident parking. I did what I was asked to do (call the courtesy officer and report it as an emergency). Only 1 of those times did the officer (the property manager off duty) returned my call and towed a vehicle. The other times my phone call was not answered or returned and the vehicles were not towed. I had to park on the curb and hope my car was not damagaed. I have also been screamed at in the middle of parking lot by a non resident when I asked if I could park my own vehicle in my resident parking spot.
