I have lived here for 8 months. At first it was very nice and everything was kept up very well. However, now more and more people are moving in and nobody seems to have any respect for others. Rude kids on the playground (and I have 3 boys so it takes a lot for me to consider a kid rude), we tried to reserve the pool house several times and it's always booked. One time we managed to get it and we were told that it had to be a 4 hour block and that was it. Yet the lady in the office that doesn't even live here had it all day one Saturday. They have really nice garage storage units but your chance of getting one is slim to none. College age kids rev up their cars late at night. Some guy tried to abandon his dog at the dog park. Then tonight, these guys came in squalling tires and revving their car up at midnight. Im up due to a bad migraine so I was like "Yall know it's midnight right? People have kids. " And they said yes and we do too... I thought that made them look really good. Drunk as all get out, being loud, squalling tires at midnight, and announcing you have children you're taking care of. 2 cops that live here were over there within minutes but of course nothing happened. The manager won't do anything. These are such nice apartments and they are quickly going to crap and it's really a shame. We only had an issue with our neighbor once. She had been playing music really loud every morning and we could hear the bass. We politely asked her to turn it down, she did, we thanked her with a Starbucks gift card and that was it. If only everything else would get taken care of.
Absolutely incredible The experience you get far exceeds the money you pay.
It has been great at up to this point. It is nice to live in a place that feels safe and at home.
