They arent honest with their pricing. They are terrible with communication and they false advertise specific deposits and fees. Very dirty and there were fleas when we moved in but when we moved out they required we cleaned with specific products and professional items. I also applied for clean roommates and I lived with the filthiest people I have ever met in my entire life. They also didnt replace the air filter like they were supposed to and it took days for them to fix things.
This place is dishonest. They will say anything while trying to lure you in but do not deliver.
The office staff are prepped and trained to give just enough info to make it sound appealing .
When it gets done to fulfilling what they told you they fall back on, " Oh, it doesn't work like that. They are other stipulations and requirements."
You cannot call the office. You cannot s ppl eak to anyone with authority to makes things right.
That's just how they like it.
That so not make repairs. My apt has been 90 degrees of hotter for more than two weeks.
They are a joke. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.
Parents Stay Away!!! I co signed for two leases with the understanding that I would be on leases for 1 year. They made promises of lower rent if kids would sign up for renewal of lease and automatically kept my name on lease for another year. They did not consult me before adding my name. The rent turned out to be higher. They were rude and completely unwillingly to remove my name from lease. Very dishonest company.
Honestly, you get what you pay for when it comes to anything. These are the cheapest apartments in Murfreesboro (from my opinion). Im currently paying 366$ and Ive lived here 2 years they knocked my rent down from 390$ for continuously signing a lease, sometimes before you even know if you want to stay, before the lease is up. Yeah maintenance is terrible, roommates suck, every now and then the appliances breakdown, furniture and rooms are very outdated. But really for this cheap of an apartment what do you expect. Also sometimes mail gets lost because of the mailman; Ive watched him put someone elses mail in my own. As far as the parties the happen most nights Id recommend not calling the courtesy officer but 911 and make an anonymous tip. The trash does get piled up but Im pretty sure its because people are bringing their trash to our apartment complex so they dont have to pay for trash fees and most people have friends staying in their rooms with them. If you want better WiFi get a router and plug it into the wall, that helped my WiFi a great deal more than just dealing with the constant disconnection issues. I guarantee that there are drug dealers in every residential area (even the really expensive ones) its just that some of them have the courtesy to be more inconspicuous with their actions, while the others do not. And every now and then someones bike will come up missing (like mine) but if you get a really expensive (steel) lock then you dont have to deal with that or you could just take you bike to your apartment and not have to deal with that possibility of a stolen bike. Long story short: they work with you, you pay per room, continuously signing a lease reduces rent, your room is furnished, free cable and WiFi, water and electricity has an allowance and if you dont go over it then you dont have to pay, and now they have boxes outside of the apartment for trash. Its not a good apartment but its kinda like the best of a bad situation.
Appliances are cheap and break easily and often, then maintenance is slow to fix them.
